Last night, notable food, wine and industry gathered at the famed Rainbow Room to celebrate the release of the 2019 Michelin Star recipients in New York City.
The big apple went from 72 to 76 Michelin Starred restaurants, with several newcomers.
The Michelin Guide has been published for more than a century, and has become the bible for foodies worldwide. Receiving a Michelin Star is one of the highest honors, and can have a dramatic effect on a restaurant for years to come.
